About Eric Renaud, M.Ac.
Over the past twenty years I have successfully treated many patients for just about every condition imaginable.
When Troy Community Acupuncture opened in May, 2011, my goal was to offer more accessible and affordable acupuncture care for residents of the Capital District.
With a new name, and location, Upstate Community Acupuncture relocated to East Greenbush in October, 2014.
Now in our centrally located Latham office since September, 2019, it is even easier for you to join the many others in the Capital District who have experienced the benefits of acupuncture treatment.
Educational Background:
In the year 2000, I graduated with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute — now known as the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
After becoming nationally board certified (NCCAOM), and licensed in New York State, I opened my first acupuncture clinic in Albany.
Over the years I have studied with several prominent teachers to improve my acupuncture skills. I am currently a seasoned practitioner of Master Tung’s acupuncture, mentored by Susan Johnson, L.Ac.
Master Tung’s acupuncture provides quick and long lasting relief for a variety of hard to treat conditions. It has become world renowned due to its often instantaneous results.
With my teacher Susan Johnson, we have published multiple books to help other acupuncture practitioners learn Master Tung’s powerful acupuncture system. Additional information about these books can be found at www.tungspoints.com.
Our first book teaching Master Tung’s points was published in September 2019: Master Tung’s Magic Points: A Definitive Clinical Guide.
Our second book on how to combine Tung’s points to treat many diseases was published in September 2024: Master Tung’s Magic Points: The Clinicians Best Friend.
Our third book on the theory and methods of Tung’s acupuncture will be published in the near future: Master Tung’s Magic Points: The How and Why of Tung’s Acupuncture.
